Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Current active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) of service.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• Administers medications, treatments, and therapies safely per protocols.
• Documents accurately in the EHR and maintains timely records.
• Floats to other units or facilities as needed within the service area.
