Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Promote safety culture and accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Communicate effectively and delegate appropriately.
• May float to other units as needed.
