West Delray Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term and rehabilitative setting.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate up to $38 with shift differentials, full-time hours, and a supportive, team-oriented work environment focused on resident dignity and safety. Active Florida RN licensure is required, with experience in skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care per individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Advocate for residents with a resident-centered approach, dignity, and comfort.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines and state/federal regulations.
• Guide and support CNAs to promote a collaborative team environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Care: Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure residents’ medical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

• Monitor and Assess: Observe residents’ conditions, communicate changes, and document findings accurately.

• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with physician orders and facility protocols.

• Resident Advocacy: Promote a resident-centered approach that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and respect.

• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and state and federal regulations.

• Support and Supervision: Guide and assist CNA staff while promoting a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Florida

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred
