Job summary

Highland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Evening Shift Supervisor for a full-time role. The position runs 3 PM to 11 PM, with a $12,000 sign-on bonus and an all-inclusive pay rate of $45 to $60 per hour. Marquis Health Consulting Services backs the team as support.

Qualifications

• Current, active MA RN license (unencumbered).

• Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Massachusetts
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
• Previous Unit Manager or Supervisor experience
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center
