Webster Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockland, MA is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff and ensure safe, high-quality resident care. This part-time weekend role runs Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with competitive hourly pay and strong clinical leadership expectations.

As RN Supervisor, you will oversee daily nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate care, and communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the team to promote

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, staff and regulators.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws and standards in care centers.

Range: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Responsibilities for Weekend RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.

• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.

• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.

• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.

• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.

• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.

• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for Weekend RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Massachusetts.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.

• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
