Job summary

Holland Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift to coordinate patient-centered care and lead a clinical team. You will participate in patient and family teaching, ensuring high-quality nursing practice and adherence to professional standards.

This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a pay range of $34.00–$49.18 per hour, and a schedule of 7:00 pm–7:30 am with 3 shifts per week and every 3rd weekend.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Registered Nursing Program is required.
• Current Michigan RN License (or completed by end of orientation) is required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider (or completed within 60 days of hire) is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient-centered care to achieve outcomes.
• Provide patient and family teaching as part of care.
• Lead by delegating and collaborating with nursing and ancillary staff.
• Adhere to Michigan Public Health Code Act 368 and nursing standards.
