Job summary

Holland Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (Float Team) for full-time night shifts. This role responsibilities include coordinating patient-centered care and providing leadership within a collaborative healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a current Michigan RN license, be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, and possess the skills necessary to provide high-quality nursing care.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The position requires working 72 hours biweekly and includes a schedule of 7pm to 7:30am, with rotations on weekends.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program required.
Current Michigan RN License or completed by end of orientation.
Current BLS for Healthcare Provider (or completed within 60 days of hire) required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate care to achieve desired patient outcomes.
Participate in patient and family teaching.
Provide leadership by delegating tasks and collaborating with healthcare team.
