Job summary

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse Unit Coordinator for the Emergency Department, a Level I Trauma Center. You will work in a fast-paced environment with experienced teams, overseeing patient flow and care coordination in collaboration with ED staff.

BSN required; 18 months ED RN experience preferred. Eligible for sign-on bonus up to $25,000 and relocation assistance. Evening shifts available, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• BSN required for RN position.
• Active RN license; BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in Emergency Department preferred; supervisory exp helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical RN unit coordination in the ED.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Support trauma and acute care patients in a Level I ED.
