As an RN Coordinator for ED Flow/Throughput, you will ensure patients move through the Emergency Department with clarity, clinical support, and thoughtful coordination.

Qualifications

• RN licensure or registration required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Bachelor's Degree or work experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient placement, triage processes, EMS handoffs, and inpatient transfers.
• Align staffing plans with patient volume, acuity, and department needs.
• Monitor delays in care transitions and collaborate on solutions.
• Support safety priorities, experience initiatives, and quality outcomes.
• Partner with physicians, nurses, and care teams to remove barriers.
• Provide clinical guidance, escalation support, and patient care when needed.
