Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an RN - ER for a 13-week assignment in Derry, NH. Shift 19:00–07:00, 12-hour nights, 1:5 staff ratio, fast-paced ED with advanced GE monitors.

Requires 2+ years ED experience, BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC; CPI (within 30 days); TNCC preferred. Duties include moderate sedation, central line placement, chest tube placement, IVs, labs, EKGs and respiratory treatments; Meditech documentation and patient-centered care are essential.

Description:

This position involves working in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

The unit has a total of 19 beds, including additional spaces for patient care.

The staff-to-patient ratio is 1:5.

You will work alongside an ED tech and other specialized medical personnel.

The department is equipped with advanced technology including GE monitors, Lucas 3 devices, Glidescope, and Level 1 infusers.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation in the Meditech system.

Weekend and holiday shifts will be required as part of the schedule.

Floating to other areas is not a common practice for this unit.

Patient experience is a key priority, which includes the use of whiteboards, keeping patients informed, and ensuring that patients and their families feel cared for.

Dress code requires dark blue scrubs.

The unit has received awards for stroke certification and is classified as a trauma level 3 center.
