Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse for ER coverage in Georgia. The 13-week assignment runs night shifts with 12-hour shifts, requiring RN licensure and BLS/PALS/TNCC/ACLS certifications.

Description:The RN Clinical Nurse Emergency Department is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team.They ensure that patients and families receive individualized, high-quality, safe patient care.The role encompasses the Nursing Process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Care is delivered using evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking techniques.Patient-centered care is a priority, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.Collaboration with patients and significant others is essential.Documentation of safe quality patient care is coordinated through effective communication methods.Participation in performance improvement activities is required.The RN Clinical Nurse will complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments.They may serve as a preceptor or mentor for other professional nurses.Promotion of evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement is expected.The RN will comply with organizational policies, regulations, and standards.Proactive planning for patient care across the continuum is necessary.Participation in the development of protocols and procedures is encouraged.Support for the efficient use of human and material resources is essential.The RN Clinical Nurse performs other duties as assigned.Observing the rights and needs of patients while adhering to system policies and procedures is a key responsibility.
