Job summary

Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY is seeking a dynamic RN for an Endoscopy role, rotating between Norton Brownsboro Hospital and the outpatient Norton Surgical Center to deliver safe, patient- and family-centered care.

The RN will supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, apply evidence-based practices, and develop, implement and evaluate care plans to improve outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (KY)
• No experience required for full-time or part-time positions. If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.
• One year of RN experience in acute care nursing and/or procedural area.

Responsibilities

• Rotate shifts between Norton Brownsboro Hospital and the outpatient Norton Surgical Center on the Norton Brownsboro campus.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Apply caring processes and develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care.
