Norton Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an RN for Endoscopy with rotating shifts between Norton Brownsboro Hospital and the outpatient Norton Surgical Center on the Norton Brownsboro campus in Louisville, KY.

The RN focuses on safe, patient- and family-centered care, education, and achieving quality outcomes. The role includes supervision of staff, adherence to evidence-based practices, and mentoring junior colleagues in a governance-driven framework.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (KY).
• No experience required for full-time or part-time positions. If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, patient- and family-centered care as an RN.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care.
• Promote evidence-based practice and education within the Practice Governance framework.
• Support patient education and satisfaction.
• Rotate shifts between Norton Brownsboro Hospital and Norton Surgical Center on the Norton Brownsboro campus.
