Job summary

Norton Brownsboro Hospital and Norton Surgical Center in Louisville are seeking a Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy area. This role requires rotating shifts between the hospital and the outpatient surgery center on the Norton Brownsboro campus.

You will provide safe, patient- and family-centered care with a focus on satisfaction and quality outcomes. The RN will supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, assess and implement care plans, and mentor team members, supporting ongoing development

Qualifications

• Diploma, Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (KY) license.
• No experience required for full-time or part-time positions. If PRN, one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective patient- and family-centered care.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff members.
• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care.
• Mentor/precept staff and promote evidence-based practice.
• Ensure patient education and family satisfaction.
• Support the unit's financial stability and quality outcomes.
