Norton Healthcare is seeking an RN for Endoscopy with rotating shifts between Norton Brownsboro Hospital and the Norton Surgical Center on the Norton Brownsboro campus. The RN focuses on safe, patient- and family-centered care, with emphasis on education, satisfaction, and quality outcomes.

The role includes supervising staff, applying evidence-based practices, and developing/implementing the plan of care while mentoring teammates within a supportive governance framework.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or higher required.
• Current KY Registered Nurse license required.
• No experience required for full-time/part-time; PRN requires 1 year RN/LPN in inpatient acute-care.

Responsibilities

• Care for a group of patients with a focus on safe, family-centered care and quality outcomes.
• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care using evidence-based practice.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff; mentor/precept staff.
• Promote education and professional development within a governance framework.
