Job summary

Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY seeks an RN Endoscopy to rotate between Norton Brownsboro Hospital and the outpatient Norton Surgical Center on the Norton Brownsboro campus. The role focuses on safe, patient- and family-centered care within a governance-supported practice.

The RN supervises licensed and non-licensed staff, applies the Swanson care model, and collaborates to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse (KY) license.
• No experience required for full-time or part-time positions. If PRN, must have one year of RN/LPN experience in an inpatient, acute-care setting.
• One year of RN experience in acute care nursing and/or procedural area.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care using the Swanson Model of Care.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff members.
• Provide patient and family centered care, with emphasis on education and satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement of quality outcomes and staff development.
