Community Health Systems is seeking a Registered Nurse for the GI Lab Endoscopy at Oro Valley Hospital in Tucson. You will provide patient-centered care before, during, and after procedures, assist the physician, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes preop/postop care, accurate charting, and teamwork in a busy GI/endoscopy setting with strong emphasis on infection control and patient education.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and current state licensure.
• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor patient responses.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered nursing care in GI/Endoscopy.
• Assist physicians during endoscopy procedures and post-procedure care.
• Document care, assessments, and education in the medical record.
• Monitor vitals and manage medications during PACU/PreOp.
• Maintain infection control and equipment readiness in the endoscopy suite.
• Collaborate with care teams to support safe patient outcomes.
