Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy/PCU in a 13-week night-shift assignment. You will provide high-quality patient care, participate in charge nurse duties, and manage a 4-5 patient load on nights.

Active RN license, BLS and ACLS are required. You’ll document in the EMR system, handle cardiac drips and catheter management, and collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current acute care hospital PCU experience
• Active RN license required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Must-Have: 1 year current acute care hospital PCU experience

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit.
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed during the night shift.
• Manage a patient load of 4-5 patients per nurse on nights.
• Document patient information accurately in the designated EMR system.
• Perform cardiac drips, cardiac catheter management, and chest tube management.
• Provide wound care and administer TPN/lipids when necessary.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate a team-oriented attitude and maintain a positive demeanor in the workplace.
