Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff seeks an experienced RN specialized in Endoscopy for a 13-week assignment in Indiana. The role involves three consecutive 12-hour day shifts from 06:30 to 19:00, with 1:1 patient care for both pediatric and adult cases.

The RN will perform pre/post procedural care, intraprocedural duties, and ensure accurate documentation while adhering to safety standards. On-call shifts and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Endoscopy experience minimum.
• Experience with Pediatric cases.
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system.
• Experience with Bronchoscopy within the last 2 years.
• Ability to administer conscious sedation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in Endoscopy.

Description:This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Endoscopy.The nurse will work three consecutive 12-hour shifts from 06:30 to 19:00.The unit sees high volumes of both pediatric and adult cases.Pediatric cases will be scheduled from Monday to Thursday.The nurse will be responsible for pre/post procedural care and intraprocedural duties.RNs will provide 1:1 patient care.There is a requirement for on-call shifts during weekdays and weekends.Floating to PACU may be required to meet facility needs.It is necessary to work two out of three major holidays.Proper documentation and patient care procedures must be followed.Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.The ideal candidate will ensure excellent patient outcomes and adherence to safety standards.This role may include exposure to various medical disorders and treatment procedures.Applicants must have a commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.
