Job summary

A healthcare organization in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to implement and monitor patient care plans. The role involves coordinating patient care, documenting patient conditions, and ensuring effective discharge planning. Candidates must have 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room and hold ENPC and TNCC certifications. This position works 36 hours a week from Monday to Friday.

Job description

• Shift Timing: 10:30-23:00 Hours Monday to Friday (3 Days/12 Hours)
• Per Week: 36 Hours
• This is a 45-bed Level II trauma center serving a population of all ages. The nurses work together in teams and are supported by PCTs and a unit secretary. ENPC and TNCC required for one year
• Organization Name: Ascension Health
• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Minimum Qualifications

EOW, EOH; 1 yr of Emergency Room Experience required and EPIC; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
