Job summary

Trinity Health’s Grand Haven Hospital seeks a part-time Registered Nurse to join our rotating 12-hour shift schedule. The role focuses on collecting patient data, identifying outcomes, and coordinating with families to implement care plans.

The ideal candidate holds Michigan RN licensure (BSN preferred), BLS, and within 6 months: ACLS/PALS; within 12 months: TNCC. We offer growth and advancement within Trinity Health’s network.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan (active), BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and situation.
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and situation.
• Collaborate with the patient, family, and caregivers to implement the plan.
• Evaluate and document patient’s progress.
