Job summary

Grand Haven Hospital, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to support our rotating 12-hour shifts and provide exceptional patient care.

Requirements include current Michigan RN licensure (BSN preferred), current BLS, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire, and TNCC within 12 months. You will collect patient data, develop care plans, collaborate with families, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Michigan.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS.
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health and the situation.
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation.
• Collaborate with the person, family, significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan.
• Evaluate and document patient's progress.
