Job summary

Grand Haven Hospital, part of Trinity Health MI, is seeking a registered nurse for a part-time role with a 12-hour rotating shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. This position offers opportunities to contribute to patient-centered care in our community hospital setting.

You will perform data collection, care planning, collaboration with patients and families, and ongoing progress evaluation within a mission-driven health system committed to exceptional experiences for patients, staff, and community.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS.
• PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation.
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation.
• Collaborate with the person, family, significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan.
• Evaluate and document patient’s progress.

Education
