Job summary

Trinity Health in Grand Haven, MI is seeking a part-time RN to provide patient-centered care on a rotating 12-hour shift. You will collect data, identify outcomes, collaborate with families, and evaluate progress to support positive health outcomes.

Current Michigan RN licensure, BLS, ACLS/PALS within 6 months, and TNCC within 12 months are required. BSN preferred. We offer a collegial environment with a referral program and opportunities for advancement across Trinity Health.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan (BSN preferred).
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health and the situation
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation
• Collaborate with the person, family, significant others and caregivers as appropriate to implement the plan
• Evaluate and document patient’s progress
