Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain professional accountability, evaluate care effectiveness, and coordinate patient care with other departments.

Mercy Joplin is a Level II trauma center with on-site Lifeline access. Mercy offers day-one benefits, tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance, retirement matching, shift differentials, PTO, and a clinical ladder for growth.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school
• Current RN license in the state and/or compact licensure
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association

Mercy Joplin is a certified Level II trauma center. The unit has 21 exam, 6 trauma, 5 behavioral health rooms and 3 dedicated triage rooms. The Mercy Lifeline air medical service has 2 on-site helipads.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
