Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to deliver patient care using the nursing process and coordinate care across departments. The role emphasizes accountability, confidentiality, and adherence to Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the appropriate state or a compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification per American Heart Association requirements.

Mercy Joplin is a certified Level II trauma center. The unit has 21 exam, 6 trauma, 5 behavioral health rooms and 3 dedicated triage rooms. The Mercy Lifeline air medical service has 2 on-site helipads.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
