Job summary

This full-time night shift role involves delivering professional nursing care, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes across multiple ED sites.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, educate patients and families, and participate in performance improvement, while adhering to hospital policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nursing program.
• RN licensed in Pennsylvania upon hire (PA).
• Basic computer skills and ability to document care.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for designated patients.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Uses effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Coordinates patient and family education throughout treatment.
• Supports unit and hospital goals through teamwork and quality initiatives.
• Performs validated technical skills according to unit practice.
