This full-time, day shift role involves float responsibilities across the network's neighborhoods, delivering professional nursing care with collaboration across physicians and allied staff.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing degree, Pennsylvania RN licensure, and BLS; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Nursing program.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assignments in patient care.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• RN license PA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for designated patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education throughout treatment.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Mentor and precept new colleagues and interns.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and unit goals.
