TEEMA Solutions Group in Susanville, CA is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week travel assignment, 36 hours per week. The role involves delivering high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced hospital setting and collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team.

Candidates must hold current BLS and ACLS, have recent ED RN experience, and demonstrate strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Recent Emergency Department RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform rapid and comprehensive patient assessments.
• Prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition.
• Provide emergency interventions and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Care for patients with medical, surgical, trauma, and other emergency conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and follow-up care.
• Maintain strict infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Respond calmly and effectively to rapidly changing clinical situations.

As an Emergency Department RN, you’ll play a critical role in delivering timely, high quality care to patients with a wide range of emergency and acute-care needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid and comprehensive patient assessments
