Job summary

The ideal candidate will have California RN licensure, 2+ years of ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications, enabling high-quality, safe patient care in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Active California RN License is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Assess and prioritize patients by acuity; respond to changes rapidly.
• Monitor patient conditions and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assist with emergency procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharges.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Rapidly assess and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical needs.
• Monitor patient conditions and recognize changes requiring immediate intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Perform and assist with emergency procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Follow infection-controller, patient-safety, and facility protocols.
• Respond effectively in high-acuity and fast-paced situations.
