Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Travel RN - Emergency Department for an onsite 12-week assignment in San Jose, CA, starting 9/29/2026. The shift includes 12-hour blocks with options from day to night, at 2425 Good Samaritan Dr, San Jose.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of ED experience, an active US RN license, and required certifications (PALS, ACLS, BLS, NIH, CPI). Travel/interim CA experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of Emergency Department experience in an acute care hospital.
• Current RN license in the United States.
• Required certifications: PALS, ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification and CPI Training.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.
• Prior travel/interim experience working in CA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient ratios, typically 4:1, with critical care at 1:1 or 2:1.
• Coordinate with a large staff in a fast-paced ED environment.
• Provide ED nursing care for stroke and STEMI patients when needed.
