Responsibilities

• Perform rapid and comprehensive patient assessments.
• Prioritize patients by acuity and clinical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Monitor vital signs and detect changes in patient condition.
• Provide emergency interventions with physicians.
• Care for medical, surgical, trauma, and other emergencies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and follow-up.
• Maintain infection control and patient safety.
• Respond calmly to rapidly changing clinical situations.
