Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Euclid Hospital is seeking a dedicated RN for the Emergency Department to join a high‑performing team. You will provide direct patient care in a fast-paced ED, implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires ADN/BSN with RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/ENPC/PALS certifications as listed in qualifications. This position offers night shifts and opportunities for professional growth within a world‑class health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• Current state RN licensure
• One year of acute care RN experience OR military RN experience
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
• ACLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
• ENPC upon hire or within 24 months in ED
• PALS through AHA or Red Cross within one year of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patients' conditions.
• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to meet outcomes.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
• Educate patients and families with culturally appropriate materials.
• Administer prescribed medications per nursing protocol
