Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, MN, seeks a Registered Nurse in Emergency Services at St. Marys Medical Center. The RN will organize and provide comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and evaluate care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Hybrid/remote options may be available, with a 0.75 FTE workload and day/night rotations. Required is current state nursing licensure, BCLS/ACLS/PALS/ENPC/TNCC within specified timelines, and at least 1 year in critical care

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS certification within 1 month.
• ACLS certification within 1 year.
• PALS certification within 1 year.
• ENPC certification within 2 years.
• TNCC certification within 2 years.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• One year of Critical Care experience (ICU, PACU, 24 Hour Care) or Emergency Department experience with annual census >20,000 in last 5 years.
• Preferred ED Charge and Triage RN Experience.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership experience.
