Job summary

A healthcare provider in Missouri is looking for a professional nurse to join their Emergency Trauma Center team. The role involves providing patient care, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring patient safety and confidentiality. Candidates should be licensed RNs with hospital experience, ideally in Emergency Departments. Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or temporary work permit.
• Must have hospital-based experience, preferably one year in Emergency Department.
• Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required.
• ACLS, PALS/ENPC and TNCC certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by other caregivers.

The Emergency Trauma Center is a dynamic department where no day is the same!

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a State approved School of Nursing.
• Licensure: Possess a current RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit.
• Experience: Must have hospital based experience. Preferred one year Emergency Department experience.
• Certifications: ETC and Acute Care Center RN's must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period. ETC RN's must have a current ACLS card or complete a course within 6 months of their hire date. ETC RN's must have current PALS or ENPC, and TNCC cards or complete courses within one year of hire date.
