Qualificações

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Telehealth practice licensure in the client location if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrates effective communication and appropriate delegation.
