Mercy is seeking an RN to provide patient-centered care using the nursing process in a team-based hospital setting. The role requires current RN licensure in Arkansas or a compact state and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and upholding Mercy Service Standards throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a school of nursing with either an ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Must maintain current RN license in Arkansas or compact licensure.
• BLS is required; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN/PALS/S.T.A.B.L.E. or unit-specific certs may be required based on role.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
