Qualifications

• Must have nursing degree and be licensed to practice in the state(s) served.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications per specialty may be required.
• Graduate of an approved nursing education program and current RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Use nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation.
• Adhere to ANA Code of Ethics and ensure ethical patient care.
• Appropriately delegate to RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed assistive personnel.
