Qualifications

• RN clinical experience of more than 2 years.
• Ability to relate well to people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
• Able to effectively teach, correct and encourage.
• Strong written and oral communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality learning and mentoring experience to newly hired Medical Assistants.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs.
• Maintain an updated Medical Assistant learning library of links, Power Point presentations and other resources.
• Prepare and deliver training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
• Develop training schedules and resources for corporate, clinical, and other SSCHC training needs.
• Choose appropriate training methods based on audience and deliverables.
