Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in an ambulatory care or clinical setting.
• Experience supporting staff training, onboarding, or competency programs.
• Experience with Epic or other EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of clinical education programs for nursing and medical staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and annual competencies; track progress.
• Maintain training materials and resources aligned with workflows.
• Assist with workflow standardization and Epic training rollout.
• Generate reports on training completion and competency status.
