Life Care Center of Plainwell is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our caring, interdisciplinary team. We offer competitive wages starting at $40 per hour for nurses with less than 1 year of experience and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs.

This role involves delivering quality nursing care, conducting ongoing assessments, and updating care plans in collaboration with CNAs and LPNs. We are located just north of Kalamazoo, convenient to Grand Rapids.

Formación

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State with active RN license in good standing
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation and kept current

Responsabilidades

• Implement and interpret department programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and maintain a positive attitude toward care
• Assess patients continuously and revise care plans as conditions change
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs on a daily basis

Competitive wages, starting at $40 per hour for less than 1 yr experience and additional shift differentials Shift differentials are Mon- Thurs 6am-2pm $ 2.00 more per hour and Fri-Sun 6am-2pm $3.00 more per hour, Then 2pm-6am $3.00 more per hour and Fri-Sun 2pm-6am $5.00 more per hour. Looking for 6pm-6am 36 hours per pay period. Life Care Center of Plainwell is conveniently located just north of Kalamazoo off U.S. 131 and a short commute south of Grand Rapids.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your role includes evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition. On a daily basis you must be able to provide clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
