Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team at Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, Pennsylvania! We are seeking a talented and dedicated RN Educator to support clinical excellence throughout our skilled nursing facility. As an RN Educator, you will lead orientation and onboarding for new clinical staff, provide ongoing education and skills training, and assist with quality improvement initiatives. About the Role:

As an RN Educator at Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be responsible for providing education, skills training, onboarding, and ongoing competency development for nursing staff. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), and department leaders to ensure staff are confident, prepared, and delivering high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities:

• Lead orientation and onboarding for new clinical staff
