Qualifications

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Lead orientation and onboarding for new clinical staff.
• Provide ongoing education, skills check-offs, and competency evaluations.
• Support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs with hands-on coaching and real-time training.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and best-practice implementation.
• Maintain compliance with state/federal regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Promote a positive, supportive learning environment across all shifts.
