Novara Healthcare Services, located near Albany, NY, is seeking an experienced RN Educator to support staff development and clinical education within a long-term care setting. You will develop and implement education programs to promote best practices and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on competency development, onboarding, and collaboration with leadership to ensure high-quality patient care, with a Monday–Friday schedule and salary around $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license required.
• Associate’s Degree in Healthcare or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to promote a positive learning environment and support staff development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement evidence-based education and training programs to enhance staff competency and quality of care.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to assess educational needs and improve clinical performance.
• Create, review, and update training materials, policies, procedures, and clinical resources.
• Provide education on clinical protocols, compliance standards, and best practices.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding for newly hired staff.
• Perform quality audits and monitor adherence to company and regulatory standards.
