Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, GA seeks an experienced Staff RN for the Emergency Department. This part-time mid-shift role runs 11a–11p with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. You will deliver holistic nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and use advanced technology to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license or equivalent multistate license.
• BLS certification required; must obtain from AHA or Red Cross.
• Previous critical care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to ED patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Coordinate patient care activities with assigned staff to ensure quality care.
• Adhere to organizational policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities:

The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients. He/she functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Must have graduated from a nursing program.
• Current License in the state of Georgia as a registered nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS Certification is required. Must obtain certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Previous experience in critical care required.
