Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing Required.
• BSN Required within 5 years.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required.
• BLS Required within 90 days.
• ACLS Required within 6 months.
• PALS within 180 Days.
• ENPC within 1 Year.
• TNCC - ENA Emergency Nurses Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per ANA standards and the nursing process.
• Demonstrate competency through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Uphold ethical practice and culturally congruent care; collaborate with the team to achieve outcomes.
• Lead and participate in evidence‑based practice and professional performance.
• Contribute to high-quality patient care and safety in a busy ED setting.

Education

Associates in Nursing Required

Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years

MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required

AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required within 90 days

AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 months

CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) - AHA within 180 Days
