NeighborHealth Corporation in the Boston area is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead the Emergency Department. The role includes triaging patients, delivering nursing care to all ages, coordinating patient flow, and ensuring timely documentation per policy.
The ideal candidate will have an accredited nursing program degree, an active MA RN license, and ACLS/PALS certifications, with 1 year of critical care or 3 years in Med/Surg/Emergency. Work 36 hours weekly on a 7pm–7am schedule.

Position Summary: The Registered Nurse assumes a leadership role in the Emergency Department. This includes triaging patients to the appropriate level in a timely fashion, providing nursing care to patients of all ages, directing the general patient flow through the department, and taking appropriate steps in following up lab and x-ray results. The nurse is responsible for timely and accurate documentation of his/her nursing care in accordance with policy and procedures. The nurse is also responsible for collaboration with other members in a multi-disciplinary team.
Pay Rate: Starting at $50.00 per hour, and up to $70.00 based on experience.
