Community Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse in California to deliver safe, skilled, and compassionate care across inpatient units. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, assessments, and care plan implementation, with emphasis on evidence-based practice, safe documentation, and regulatory compliance. A supportive environment promotes learning and professional growth.

Competenze

• 1+ years in inpatient stepdown, ED or ICU RN experience.
• Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; active CA RN license required or in-state licensure.
• HS diploma or equivalency and CHS-approved IEP certificate required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices and individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll support a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality, patient-centered outcomes. In this role, you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices, complete thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans to support optimal recovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians, ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patient’s stay. You maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and accountability.

Education

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• Must have at least 1+ years Inpatient Stepdown, ED, or ICU RN experience required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
