Job summary

Community Medical Centers in California is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our growing Community Health Partners team. You will collaborate with a close-knit team, supporting the Practice Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure patients receive quality, comprehensive services.

You will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to lead improvement activities, provide leadership, and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nursing program or sufficient units for state licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• California RN license required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Practice Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to lead improvement activities and provide leadership, including problem resolution and mentoring.
