Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the Emergency Dept.
• Two years of nursing experience required.
• You must be a registered nurse (RN).
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Have BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care based on nursing model and patient needs.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans for desired outcomes.
• Create a safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
• Educate patients, families, and staff about care plans.
• Delegate interventions according to guidelines and patient conditions.
